Smart televisions and streaming sticks

Check whether your television runs Android TV, Google TV, Tizen or webOS. App availability varies by platform and region. An external compatible streaming device can offer another route if the television itself has no suitable player. Fire TV models also need individual compatibility checks; a family name is not a promise that every model accepts the same installer.

Phones, tablets and computers

Our own player is an Android option. Apple devices need a compatible player available for their platform. On Mac and Windows, confirm the account format supported by the chosen application before entering any details. A mobile app licence or saved playlist may not automatically transfer to a desktop version.

MAG and portal-based equipment

Some equipment uses a portal address linked to its MAC identifier rather than a username-and-password form. Choose the correct device in the trial request so the team receives the information it needs. Do not paste a portal URL into a playlist field or guess the address from an unrelated installation guide.

A practical compatibility checklist

Send the device model, operating system version and existing player name. Confirm how many simultaneous streams you need and which audio or subtitle languages matter. During testing, use the normal remote and connection you will keep using; a successful phone test does not prove that a different television supports every feature.
