Choose a compatible desktop player

Tell support whether you use macOS or Windows, its version and any player you already have. The application must support the format supplied for your account. Some applications focus on individual media streams, while others organise a programme guide and on-demand library. Ask which route fits the features you need.

Keep software and service separate

Our own player is an Android offering; we have not published a native Mac or Windows download here. A third-party desktop app can have its own licence or limitations. Download software only from a verified publisher source, and confirm compatibility before paying for an application.

Load only the issued account details

Enter the exact account format from your setup instructions. Complete playlist URLs may contain credentials, so do not share them in browser screenshots, public forums or cloud documents. If the player reports an error, record the message without copying the secret fields into your support enquiry.

Test the way you will actually watch

Check full-screen playback, sound output, subtitles and seeking through an on-demand item. If you connect a laptop to a television, test that display and audio route as well. Close unused player sessions on other devices so your simultaneous stream limit does not confuse the result.
