Find the model and software version
Open your device information in settings and note the product name and software version. Share these with support along with the player you currently use. A guide written for one Fire TV generation may not apply to another, so compatibility should be established before installation.
Use the verified installation route
The team can advise whether our Android player is suitable for the model and supply the approved method. We do not publish an unverified Downloader code here. Avoid installing a similarly named APK simply because its description includes IG IPTV; the publisher and account system may be unrelated.
Prepare the viewing environment
Keep the device powered through its appropriate supply and check its network connection. Use the normal television, remote and audio equipment for the test. Have the confirmed service credentials ready, but keep them out of photographs or messages that other people can view.
Check a small sample first
Load one live feed and one on-demand item, then test guide navigation and audio. If the application opens but the account does not load, check the login format and error wording before reinstalling. Tell support which stage failed; changing several settings at once makes the cause harder to identify.
