Installed does not mean active
Installing a player on a television and phone does not necessarily mean both are streaming. The plan allowance concerns active sessions playing at the same time. Close a stream before moving to another device when your allowance is already in use. Some apps can keep playback running in the background.
Map a normal evening
Consider whether someone watches a match while another person starts a film, or whether everyone shares one television. Add the highest number of overlapping streams you actually need. Prices are shown for the complete one-, three-, six- or twelve-month term in USD. The expandable table lets you compare all screen counts without guessing a multiplier. A third-party player licence may still have a separate device policy, so check both the application terms and service allowance.
When a connection limit seems wrong
Close unused players and check other household devices before repeatedly reconnecting. If the problem remains, send support your plan reference and the devices that are actively playing. Do not share credentials to ask another person to test the account; describe the issue and let the team investigate.
