If the application will not open

Note the app name, device model and any system error. Check available storage and the device software status using its normal settings. Do not replace the application with an unknown APK as the first response. Ask support whether the installed version and model are part of the supported setup.

If the account is rejected

Confirm that access has been issued and the subscription or trial is active. Check the login format and accidental spaces without posting the credentials in a message. A player activation request may refer to its own licence instead of your service account. Keep the exact error wording for support.

If only one channel or title fails

Try another live feed and one on-demand item. Note whether the failure is limited to a channel, episode, language track or resolution. Record the time and label. This comparison helps distinguish a source problem from a general account or network issue without changing every setting.

If playback stops across the service

Check whether the device can reach other internet services and whether unused player sessions are open elsewhere. Restart the player once, test a supplied alternative feed, and compare a wired connection if your equipment supports it. Report the results and ask about available server options. No single setting guarantees uninterrupted playback on every network.
